Maintain records subject batch wise, assign teacher to every subject, and keep the history of the subject teacher
To Add New Subject
To create subjects, click on ‘Subject’ Tab, refer figure:1, click on ‘Add New’ and new screen to enter data is displayed, refer figure:2, enter data in to their respective form fields, to add new subjects.

Form Fields Description:
Batch: Select the batch from the drop down list to add a subject to a batch/class/course.
Name: Enter the Name for the subject.
Subject Group: Enter group name, to be displayed next to the subject name. This field is option.
Code / Shortcode: Code is subject code and short code is nick name for that subject.
Max Class/Week:Enter Maximum classes per week.
Is Elective?: Enable to make it elective.
Has no Exam: Enable it to make has no exam.
Description: It is to give description to the subject, in detail, if required. This field is optional.
After the required information is entered in above form fields, click ‘Save’, a popup message appears in Green as “Subject added”.
Once the courses are saved, all the added courses information can be viewed at one place, at front–end in data table list View, refer figure:4 – Data table View.

Course name:Course name is displayed in the data table view, associated subjects is showed in subject column.
Subject Name:Can add as many as subject to a specific course/batch/class, will it be listed beneath in order. If the Subject group name is entered with data, it will be displayed in brackets in data table view.
Ex: Online Oral (Oral Test).
Code:Code is subject code and short code is nick name for that subject which is displayed in brackets in data table view.
Ex: OO (OT)
Is Elective & Has no Exam: If Enabled in form, it will be displayed as ticked mark in data table view.
Edit Subject:To edit the existing subject, click
icon and a screen will be displayed to Edit subject. Fill the required information, to do the changes to the form fields or enable/disable options. Once done, click ‘update’, to save the changes.
“Subject updated”, green popup notification will be displayed on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Delete Subject: To delete , the saved subject, forever, click delete
icon and a pop up screen comes up, asking for your confirmation
to proceed with the request, click, continue, to delete the data or click close to go back to the data table view. Data will get deleted from the database and it cannot be retrieved again.
You can use Filter Fields, Sort By List and more options, Print and Generate PDF, to view and print the displayed data table, to view data according to your requirements.
