Form Fields Description
Data Table View Description
Request leave for your employee, take action on leave request. Click on Go to Leave Request where you are redirected to a new page, where you can allocate leave requests to employees. Refer figure 48

To Add New Leave Request:

Click on ‘Add New’ tab to add a new Leave Request, refer figure:49, a screen will be displayed, refer figure:50, enter the data in respective form fields.
Form Fields Description:

Employee: Select the Employee from the drop-down list
Leave Type: Select the Leave Type from the drop-down list
Start Date: select the Start Date from the calendar
End Date: select the End Date from the calendar
Reason: It is to give a reason about the Leave request, in detail.
Upload Document:

Refer figure:51, Click on Upload document, Select the file which you want to upload and Click Open, Once the file is successfully uploaded, a Green Pop up message will be displayed at the bottom right of the screen as,
“File Uploaded”
In order to change/remove a document
click on the

After the required information is entered, click ‘save’, a popup message appears in Green as,
“Leave Request Submitted”, refer figure:52.
Once the leave request is submitted, details are saved and all the other leave request information can be viewed at one place, front–end in Data table View refer figure:52 – Data table View.
Data Table View Description:
Add New Leave Request Tab:
If you have already added an Leave Request, from the middle of the screen, the “Add New tab”, will get shifted to the top-right hand side, of the page title bar – “Add New Leave Request”, and Data Table View is displayed with different columns of data.

The table list views the Name of the employee, Designation of the employee, Leave Type, Period of the leave, Count, Status and Requested By.
As you can see the Status of the leave request is still pending to approve the leave request click view and you will be redirected to a page where you can allot the status. Refer figure 54

To View and allot the leave request, click from the Actions, and you will be redirected to a new page where you can view/allot the status, refer figure:54.
Select the status from the drop-down list
provided and leave a comment and click Update.

After the required information is entered, click ‘Update’, a popup message appears in Green as “Leave Request Updated”, refer figure:55.
Once the leave request status information is saved, all the added leave request information can be viewed in table list view. It can also be viewed at one place, at the front–end in Table List View, refer figure:56 – Table List View.

In the table list view in Status column- The status has now been changed to approved.
Edit Leave Request:
To edit the existing Leave Request, click
icon and a screen will be displayed to the Edit Leave Request. Fill the required information, to do the changes to the form fields. Once done, click ‘update’, to save the changes. “Leave Request updated”, green popup notification will be displayed on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Delete Leave Request:
To delete , the saved Leave Request, click delete
icon and a pop up screen comes up, asking for your confirmation
to proceed with the request, click, continue, to delete the data or click close to go back to the data table view. Data will get deleted from the database and it cannot be retrieved again.
You can use, Sort By List and more options - Print and Generate PDF, to view and print, the displayed data table, according to your requirements.
