Data Table View Description
Create attendance types, mark attendance of your employees and generate payroll.
To Add New Attendance Type:

Click on ‘Add New’ tab to add a new Attendance Type, refer figure:30, a screen will be displayed, refer figure:31, enter the data in respective form fields.

Name: Enter a name for the Attendance Type
Alias: An alias is an alternate name. Usually, an alias is used to replace long names or keep a real name private.
Attendance Type: Select the required attendance type from the drop-down list provided.
Enable or Disable Is Active option: Enable or disable the option on your own accord. If the option is enabled and saved in the data table view, the status column is displayed as active if the option is disabled and saved in the data table view, the status column is displayed as inactive. Refer figure 33.
Description: It is to give description to the Attendance Type, in detail. If this field is left empty, in the data table view, the description column will be empty, refer figure:33. This field is optional.

After the required information is entered, click ‘Save’, “Attendance Type Added", green popup screen will be displayed on the bottom right hand side of the screen, refer figure:32.
Once the Attendance Type is saved, all the added Attendance Types, information can be viewed at one place, at front–end, in data table list View, refer figure:33 – Data table View.
Data Table View Description:

Name: Displays name for the Attendance Type.

Attendance Type: Displays selected attendance type from the drop-down list provided.
Enable or Disable Is Active option: Enable or disable the option on your own accord. If the option is enabled and saved in the data table view, the status column is displayed as active if the option is disabled and saved in the data table view, the status column is displayed as inactive. Refer figure 33.
Description: It is to give description to the Attendance Type, in detail. If this field is left empty, in the data table view, the description column will be empty, refer figure:33. This field is optional.
Add New Attendance Type Tab:
If you have already added an Attendance Type, from the middle of the screen, the “Add New tab”, will get shifted to the top-right hand side, of the page title bar – “Add New Attendance Type”, and Data Table View is displayed with different columns of data.
Edit Attendance Type:
To edit the existing Attendance Type, click
icon and a screen will be displayed to the Edit Attendance Type. Fill the required information, to do the changes to the form fields. Once done, click ‘update’, to save the changes. “Attendance Type updated”, green popup notification will be displayed on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Delete Attendance Type:
To delete , the saved Attendance Type, click delete
icon and a pop up screen comes up, asking for your confirmation
to proceed with the request, click, continue, to delete the data or click close to go back to the data table view. Data will get deleted from the database and it cannot be retrieved again.
You can use, Sort By List and more options - Print and Generate PDF, to view and print, the displayed data table, according to your requirements.
