1. Closing Easy Setup Wizard:

To skip and close the setup wizard, click the close icon , on the upper right hand side of the screen, refer figure 1, note that you can access the wizard again , it will be in tabs form.

To access the settings of the wizard again, click configure icon , at bottom left hand side of screen, and can enter / edit details as required. Refer figure:11.

2. Create Google Map API key:

In Google map library only two options should be enabled, to work in IMS domain.
1. Maps JavaScript API
2. Places API

Once the Google Map API key is generated, click on Configuration at bottom left hand side of screen, and click system configuration and enter the key in the Google Map API Key field.

3. “The address 1 field is required” message:

Client/Users cannot enter the address manually, on the address field of all the forms of IMS. it should be selected from the Google Map drop down list only, refer figure:4. If the address is entered manually in the field and clicked save/next/submit in the complete management system, it will pop up an error message as,
“the address field is required” refer figure:13. Selecting address from the Google Map drop down list is mandatory, refer figure:4.

4. Academic Session “Please choose academic session to continue” message:

If you have logged in for the first time and have closed the setup wizard, you cannot access any tabs other than Institute Document and Configuration.
First choose ‘Academic Session Tab’ to set up and continue. In order to access all tabs, you should create your Academic Session first.
