To Do module, is to add all your To do list here. Never miss your To-do list. Keep record of Complete & Incomplete To Do list


To Add To Do List:

To add a to do list, click on Todo Tab, refer figure:1, click on ‘Add New’ and a new screen to enter data is displayed, enter data in to their respective form fields, refer figure:2.

Title:

Enter the title of to do task.


Date:

Enter the Date of to do task.


Description:

It is to give description to the to do, in detail. If this field is left empty, in the data table list view, description column will be empty. This field is optional.
After the required information is entered, click ‘Save’, green popup screen will be displayed on the bottom right hand side of the screen, as “Todo added”.
Once the to-dos are saved, all the added to do list can be viewed at one place, at front–end in data table list View, refer figure:3 – Data table View.

Add New Document Tab: If you have already added a to do, from the middle of the screen, the “Add New tab”, it will get shifted to the top-right hand side, of the page title bar – “Add New Todo”, and Data Table View is displayed with different columns of data.

Status:

Newly added to do list will display status as incomplete. Once the to do task is completed , click tick icon Right, , automatically Incomplete status will get changed to green as Complete Status


Completed at:

Clicked on ticked icon, automatically the date and time will be displayed at the same time, refer figure:4.
Mark as Complete & Mark as In-complete iconRight This icon changes from tick to cross mark Cross in order to revert back the changes,refer figure:4


Edit Todo:

To edit the existing todo list, click Forms field description icon and a screen will be displayed to Edit todo. Fill the required information, to do the changes to the form fields. Once done, click ‘update’, to save the changes. “Todo updated”, green popup notification will be displayed on the bottom right hand side of the screen


Delete Todo:

To delete , the saved todo list, click deleteForms field description icon and a pop up screen comes up, asking for your confirmation procede with requsetto proceed with the request, click, continue, to delete the data or click close to go back to the data table view. Data will get deleted from the database and it cannot be retrieved again.
You can use Filter Fields, Sort By List and more options, Print and Generate PDF, to view and print, the displayed data table, according to your requirements.


Dashboard Todo:

The to do list added here in todo tab module or quickly added in the dashboard title box, both is displayed vice-versa.
