Institute



Manage data of other institutions by choosing the previous institution of the student during admission, and identify from which institution you are attracting admissions. This field is optional in front-end main module – reception tab,

Click on Add New tab to add new institute, refer figure:9, a screen will be displayed, refer figure:10, enter the data in respective form fields.

Name: Enter a name of the institute.

Contact Number & Alternate Contact Number: Enter Contact number.

Principal Name, Website, Address: Enter respective data in the fields.

Remarks: It is to give remarks to the institute, in detail. If this field is left empty, in the data table view, description column will be empty.

After the required information is entered, click ‘Save’, a popup message appears in Green as “Institute added”.

Once the institutes are saved, all the added institute information can be viewed at one place, at front–end, in data table list View, refer figure:11 – Data table View.

Name: Displays name of the institute.

Contact Number & Alternate Contact Number: Displays Contact number.

Principal Name, Website, Address:Displays respective data in the fields.

Remarks: It is to give remarks to the institute, in detail. If this field is left empty, in the data table view, description column will be empty.


Edit institute:

To edit the institute data, click Edit Enquiry Type icon and a screen will be displayed to Edit institute data. Fill the required information, to do the changes to the form fields. Once done, click ‘update’, to save the changes. “institute updated”, green popup notification will be displayed on the bottom right hand side of the screen.


Delete Institute:

To delete , the saved institute data, click delete Delete Enquiry Type icon and a pop up screen comes up, asking for your confirmation Delete Enquiry Type to proceed with the request, click, continue, to delete the data or click close to go back to the data table view. Data will get deleted from the database and it cannot be retrieved again.

You can use, Sort By List and more options - Print and Generate PDF, to view and print, the displayed data table, according to your requirements.
