Payment Method


Create multiple payment methods like "Cash", "Cheque" or "Online Banking" etc., and choose additional details required to record a transaction.


To Add New Payment Method:

Click on ‘Add New’ tab to add payment method, refer figure:7, a screen will be displayed, refer figure:8, enter the data in respective form fields.

Name: Enter name for payment method.

Description: It is to give description to the enquiry type, in detail. If this field is left empty, in the data table view, description column will be empty, refer figure:9. This field is optional.

Enable or Disable required Instrument details options: Enable or disable required options, to use to enter data and save. All the enabled options are not mandatory to be entered, they can be saved without any information. Enable all and save the required information in respective form fields.

After the required information is entered, click ‘Save’, “Payment method added", green popup screen will be displayed on the bottom right hand side of the screen.

Once payment methods are saved, all the added payment method information can be viewed at one place, at front–end, in data table list View, refer figure:9 – Data table View.

Detail: It will list the option which are enabled in the payment method form fields. Any option can be edited and enabled or disabled anytime as required.


Edit Payment Method

To edit the Payment Method, click Edit Payment Method icon and a screen will be displayed to Edit payment method. Fill the required information, to do the changes to the form fields or enable or disable required options, once done, click ‘update’, to save the changes. “Payment method updated”, green popup notification will be displayed on the bottom right hand side of the screen.


Delete Payment method:

To delete , the saved payment method, click delete Delete Payment method icon and a pop up screen comes up, asking for your confirmation Delete Payment method to proceed with the request, click, continue, to delete the data or click close to go back to the data table view. Data will get deleted from the database and it cannot be retrieved again.

You can use, Sort By List and more options - Print and Generate PDF, to view and print, the displayed data table, according to your requirements.
